4. AI Try-On & Body Data

Hodler AI allows you to virtually try on clothing using a photo, a body scan or an avatar. Because this information is personal, we treat it with extra care:

• Purpose limitation: photos and measurements are used only to generate your try-on previews, fit analysis and size recommendations.
• No sale of images: we never sell, rent or publish your photos or body data.
• No facial recognition: we do not use your images to identify you or build biometric identifiers.
• Retention: uploaded photos are kept only as long as needed to provide the service, or until you delete them or close your profile.
• Model training: we will not use your personal photos to train AI models without your separate, explicit consent.
• Deletion on request: you can ask us to delete your try-on data at any time by emailing nambabi2609@gmail.com.

AI-generated previews are visual approximations. Actual fit, color and drape may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings and fabric behavior.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with:

• Service providers that help us operate our business (for example hosting, email, payment and shipping carriers), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Technology partners that process data on our behalf to provide Hodler AI features, under strict data-protection agreements.

Users under 18 should use our services with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Shipping

• Orders are prepared and shipped from Washington State, United States.
• Processing usually takes 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
• Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather or peak seasons.
• For international shipping requests, please contact us before ordering.

11. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something is not right, we are here to help.

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Intimates, swimwear, final-sale and personalized items cannot be returned for hygiene or custom-made reasons, unless defective.
• Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability.
• Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with photos within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
